It could be your Friends, Family or Coworkers!
Everything is great until it no longer is. Those in your circle can go along to get along and become great comrades or things could tank and conflict could become the main theme.
Surveys show that 90% of Americans have a coworker who annoys them, and 57% of those who were polled have considered quitting because of it. The most offensive behaviors include Interrupting fellow co-workers, taking credit for someone else’s work and telling way too much of your personal business. More than half of the virtual employees who were surveyed confess that they are frustrated!
Slow responses to emails, excessive background noise during video calls and eating on camera are also aggravating habits to remote workers.
This course is designed to help you navigate your way through conflict at work and at home with intense awareness, a desire to do things differently, the knowledge to sustain the change and accountability for your behavior, your growth and continual reinforcement.
We use creativity and self-reflection as a bridge to manage conflict.
